The Belgian company « Choco-Story », which runs several Chocolate Museums around the world, opens its new flagship in Colmar.
In a building located in Colmar’s historical centre, « Choco Story » plans to create 3 museums « dedicated to the Alsace gastronomy », explains Fabrice Stijnen, in charge of the brand’s development in France.
This concept was initiated by the Belgian family Van Belle and Belcolade Group, the second largest Belgian chocolate producer for professionals. The Museum will be inaugurated in November 2019.
With the support of Access Alsace, it will create 8 jobs and add to Colmar’s touristic offer.
